Renter must be at least 23 years old with a valid driving license of at least 2 years to hire a car.

Collision Damage Waiver :

Upon a collision damage the renter’s liability is limited to an excess of:

600 euros for renters aged 23-25 years old and

300 euros for renters aged 26 or older.

The insurance will not cover the wheels, tires, windshield or the undercarriage of the car.

Moreover, coverage is not provided if the vehicle is :

• Driven by an unauthorised driver or by a person under the influence of intoxicants or narcotics.

• Driven off-road, it is to be operated only on normally maintained roads.

• Used for paid transportation.

• Used to tow another vehicle.

• Used for carrying passengers in excess of the respective seating capacity

• Used for rallying.

Third Party Insurance : included in the price

Personal Accident Insurance: included in the price

Theft Insurance: included for the theft of the car, unless it has been done out of negligence. It does not cover the theft of any personal belongings left in the car.

Fire Insurance : included in the price

Fuel policy : The fuel is the renter’s responsibility. It should be returned the same way as when it was rented.

Accidents are to be reported immediately to the car rental office and to the police.

Cars are not permitted to leave the island.

The renter is liable for any traffic or parking rule violations.

Only the drivers mentioned in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle. You are allowed to have up to 2 drivers per car.

If the car is returned earlier than the agreed time, there will be no refund.

If the car is returned later than the agreed time, there will be an extra charge.

The car must kindly be returned the same way it was received.
